The ‘Start Your Journey Here’ campaign was designed to showcase not just the first two years of the NHS graduate scheme, but the wealth of career opportunities that follow. As the UK’s largest employer, the NHS offers an extraordinary breadth of career paths, including management, informatics, data, HR, finance and more. 

Spanning campus, digital and social channels, the campaign aimed to attract a more diverse range of talent and support the NHS’s wider recruitment ambitions. My contribution included art directing the photoshoot, designing the campaign microsite, developing a suite of digital assets and creating a campaign toolkit to ensure a cohesive and consistent identity across every touchpoint.
